GURUGRAM: Chinmaya Gurudham has published its 19 to 22 October Amrit Mahotsav Yatra programme, with talks and music at the Sector 50 centre.
This guide uses the organiser's published listings checked on 16 October 2026. It is a preview for residents planning a visit, rather than a report from an event already held.
The four-day programme
On 19 October, the published programme starts with a welcome at Arcadia Red Light at 1 pm. Paduka Puja is at 4 pm and Sandhya Pheri at 5:30 pm.
On 20 October, Swami Mitrananda speaks at 8:30 am, followed by the 9:30 am Hanuman Chalisa Havan and noon bhandara. Swami Tejomayananda's music-and-talk session runs from 6 pm to 8 pm.
On 21 October, a panel starts at 6 pm, followed by bhajan jamming. Swami Abhedananda speaks at 8:30 am on 22 October; departure for Manesar follows at 9:30 am.
The global calendar lists 19 to 21 October, while the venue includes the following morning. Confirm your intended session before travelling.
Finding the centre and checking access
The centre's own venue page places Gurudham at W Block, Plot 1, Woodstock Avenue, Nirvana Country, Sector 50, Gurugram, Haryana 122018. Use that address when arranging a drop-off. For a taxi or map search, match the street and plot details against that full address before selecting a destination.
The venue says its Sudharma auditorium seats 141 people. It describes a five-floor, 28,000 sq ft centre with three additional halls and parking for more than 40 cars. Those are the centre's general facility figures, not a promise that a particular event will have that many seats or parking spaces available.
For enquiries, the centre lists secretary Vinita Malik at 9999477731. Ask about admission, any booking requirement and the room assigned to the session you want. Anyone needing step-free access or assistance between floors should check directly before setting out. The building description alone does not establish accessibility arrangements for this programme. The venue page provides no event-specific parking allocation, so its general capacity should not be treated as a space reserved for your vehicle.
The temple page identifies four worship spaces: Banke Bihari, Sri Ram Darbar, Hanuman and Shiv Pariwar. It also describes a place to sit for prayer at Ram Darbar. That helps first-time visitors understand the setting, but the page is not a clock-by-clock darshan timetable. A visit for prayer and attendance at a scheduled auditorium session may need different arrangements. The temple descriptions do not supply opening and closing hours, so check these if your planned visit falls outside the announced sessions.
Regular activities are a separate timetable
Residents interested in returning after the yatra can consult the Gurugram activities page. It lists youth sessions on Sundays from 10 am to 11:15 am, alongside study groups and devotional music. These are standing listings; they should not be read as extra sessions added to the October event.
The study-group table distinguishes meetings at Gurudham, sessions in residential societies and online classes. A Ramayana group at the centre is listed for Wednesdays from noon to 1 pm. Online options include Bhagavad Gita on Tuesdays from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm and Sundays from 10 am to 11 am. Confirm the current schedule and joining process with the listed coordinator, especially during the festival week.
The same page describes a weekly, hour-long Thursday session for the Swaranjali devotional-music group and welcomes participants across age groups. It does not give a starting time. Ask the coordinator for that detail rather than assuming the evening event schedule also applies to regular music practice.
For context, Chinmaya Vidyalaya Delhi's official yatra explainer describes a travelling exhibition of artefacts and memorabilia associated with Swami Chinmayananda. It says the journey began on 31 December 2025 and is due to culminate at Bharat Mandapam in Delhi on 23 October 2026. Its Delhi school registration arrangements concern a separate event, not entry to Gurudham.
