BHU Gate Lanka Se Pallavi Patel Sahit Saikdon Karyakarta Girftar, Pradarshan Ke Dauran Police Action
Varanasi: Apna Dal (Kamerawadi) leader and Sirathu MLA Pallavi Patel was detained along with hundreds of party workers near the BHU Gate in Lanka on Friday during a protest. Police stopped the march citing law and order concerns and took the protesters into custody.
The detention led to a brief commotion in the area before the situation was brought under control.
