Audi's Indian configurator lists the new Q3 Nova at Rs 51.99 lakh and Zenith at Rs 55.99 lakh, both ex-showroom, price as of 16 October 2026, 10:45 PM IST. The Rs 4 lakh gap buys a different equipment package; the two variant cards display the same engine output and acceleration figure.

These are ex-showroom prices, so buyers still need a registration-and-insurance quotation for their location. Audi's separate price reckoner also says TCS is excluded. The current public configurator listing does not state how long these prices will remain available, so there is no verified price-protection deadline to attach to an order.

What Zenith adds

The India brochure specifies a 2.0-litre TFSI petrol engine producing 150 kW and 320 Nm, paired with a seven-speed S tronic transmission and quattro all-wheel drive. Audi claims 0 to 100 km/h in 7.1 seconds. These are manufacturer figures under standard test conditions, not independently measured Indian road-test results.

The brochure marks Digital Matrix LED headlights, progressive steering, a head-up display and the SONOS premium sound system as Zenith-only equipment. Its nine-airbag description and proactive occupant-protection system also carry that qualification. Zenith's SONOS installation has 12 speakers and a 420-watt amplifier. Its higher-output USB-C arrangement includes two 100-watt rear ports and two 60-watt front ports. Buyers considering Nova should therefore avoid treating every safety or cabin feature shown in the brochure as standard across both variants.

Other details described in the brochure include a sliding rear seat with a 40:20:40 split-folding backrest, three-zone climate control and a column-mounted gear selector. The rear-seat adjustment gives passengers and luggage competing claims on the available space; a showroom check with the family's usual bags will be more useful than judging practicality from exterior photographs alone.

Audi's Indian product page carries a separate warning about its pictures: they show a left-hand-drive vehicle, and accessories, interiors or features may differ from equipment offered in India. The page highlights the large Singleframe grille, raised seating position and digital cockpit. Those photographs help identify the new design, but they cannot settle the specification of a particular Indian order. Ask for the selected variant's equipment sheet, especially when a showroom display car or online photograph shows an option that has caught your attention.

Bookings and ownership checks

The local-production announcement predates this price check. In its 25 September statement, Audi said assembly of the new-generation Q3 had begun at the SAVWIPL plant in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and scheduled the India launch for 16 October. That dated statement identifies the new model and the Indian assembly location. The two milestones describe different stages: the September announcement concerned production, while the configurator supplies the prices available to Indian buyers now. Local assembly alone does not establish when a particular colour and variant will reach an individual buyer.

Audi had already opened bookings on 1 September with an initial amount of Rs 1 lakh, through its website, the myAudi Connect app and dealerships. That earlier booking announcement did not give an all-India delivery timetable or detailed cancellation conditions. Before paying, buyers should obtain the expected allocation date, refund terms and the exact variant and colour in writing. A booking amount records an order enquiry or reservation under the seller's terms; it should not be mistaken for a confirmed delivery appointment.

For ownership costs, Audi's warranty and service page separates its service-cost calculator, extended warranty and service plans. The calculator uses the vehicle year and service type for maintenance estimates. Ask for those costs alongside the car quotation, with any optional plan identified separately. That makes it easier to compare offers carrying different amounts of prepaid maintenance or additional cover, rather than assuming the headline vehicle price explains the full ownership package.

Other recent premium-car developments include BMW M2 xDrive Turbo Edition pre-orders and Mercedes CLA delivery timelines, covered by Dalimss News. They underline two separate questions for a showroom visit: whether an order can be placed, and when the specified car can actually be handed over.
