APSCHE postpones AP EAPCET BiPC Phase 1 allotment to 28 August after 6:00 pm

Friday after 6:00 pm is now the AP EAPCET BiPC allotment hour. The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education’s Common Admissions Portal is carrying a live notice that Phase 1 seat allotment for the Bi.P.C. stream will be released on 28 August 2026 after 6 PM. That is one calendar day later than the first-phase schedule PDF still sitting in the same CAP library.

This is not the MPC engineering option-change window this desk filed on 23 August. BiPC here is the Agriculture and Pharmacy stream counselling: B.Pharmacy, Pharm-D, and B.E./B.Tech programmes in Bio-Technology, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Agricultural Engineering and Pharmaceutical Engineering, under Convenor quota in university and private engineering colleges, private universities, and university and private pharmacy colleges.

What the CAP marquee changed

The official first-phase counselling schedule PDF on cap.apcfss.in (EAPCET2026BIPC_FIRSTPHASE_SCEDULE.pdf) still prints “Release of seat allotments — 27.08.2026”. The first-phase detailed notification puts it without hedging: “The allotment will be placed on 27.08.2026 after 6.00 P.M.” The live CAP marquee, fetched on the morning of 28 August 2026 IST, has overwritten that clock: allotment on 28-08-2026 after 6 PM. Candidates working off a screenshot of the PDF are a day early.

Web-option entry on that PDF ran 17–23 August. The change-of-options day was 24 August. The detailed notification says options froze at 10:00 p.m. on 24 August; anyone who clicked Freeze earlier could not edit further. Those lists are what the allotment engine will read. There is no fresh option-entry day attached to Friday’s delay.

Login remains hall-ticket number and OTP on cap.apcfss.in. The scheme counselling front at eapcet-sche.aptonline.in is a parallel bookmark, not a second allotment list.

What the first-phase PDF still governs

Registration and processing-fee payment on the notification ran 12–20 August. Online certificate verification at notified Help Line Centres ran 13–20 August. The processing fee for web counselling is Rs.1,250 for OC/BC and Rs.650 for SC/ST, paid on cap.apcfss.in. That window is closed. Failed debit instructions in the notification were to reverse within seven working days; do not treat Friday as a second fee day.

Intermediate vocational candidates with the Botany–Zoology–Physics–Chemistry bridge course are eligible only for the listed B.Tech codes (BTB, FDB, FEB, AEB, PEB). Pharmacy options they may have clicked — B.Pharmacy (PHB) and Pharm-D (PDB) — “will not be considered for allotment of seats,” the notification says. Allotments are subject to university affiliation.

Self joining and reporting at college remain 28–31 August on both the schedule PDF and the notification. Class work is still printed as 28 August — the same day the delayed allotment is now due after 6 pm. Treat that class-start line as a schedule leftover until the college says otherwise.

After 6 pm: both reports, or the seat goes

The detailed notification is not optional on reporting. Candidates must use the Self-Reporting System and report in person at the allotted college with the downloaded allotment order and self-joining report. “Both stages of reporting are mandatory.” One mode is not enough. Missing either inside 28–31 August cancels the allotment and forfeits a claim to further allotment in this process.

Documents the notification listed for the admission file include the EAPCET 2026 hall ticket and rank card, SSC and Intermediate memos, study certificates, TC, and, where claimed, caste, minority, EWS (2026–27, Meeseva, OC), income (on or after 01.01.2023) and special-category papers. Tuition-fee reimbursement rules in that notice are age-capped; read the live PDF before you travel.
