9th Cardiology Confluence 2026 Introduces ‘The Reset’ by SoulSpace for Doctor Wellbeing

Varanasi: The 9th Cardiology Confluence 2026, held at DoubleTree by Hilton, Varanasi, introduced a unique wellbeing initiative titled “The Reset” by SoulSpace, bringing a fresh dimension to the traditional medical conference experience.
Organized by GEM India under the Allahabad Cardiovascular Society, the two-day scientific conference brought together leading cardiologists, healthcare professionals, industry experts, and partners for academic sessions, clinical discussions, and knowledge-sharing.
Alongside the scientific programme, “The Reset” by SoulSpace offered doctors and healthcare professionals a 20-minute guided wellbeing experience designed to help them pause, recharge, and reconnect during the busy conference schedule.
The session included mindful breathing, relaxation techniques, emotional grounding, and reflective practices. Unlike a regular conference break, the experience was thoughtfully structured to create a calm and immersive space focused on physician wellbeing.
The initiative highlighted the growing importance of supporting healthcare professionals not only through medical education and scientific advancement, but also through meaningful wellbeing practices. As doctors continue to dedicate themselves to patient care, the session served as a reminder that their own mental and emotional wellbeing also deserves attention.
Jigyasa Narang, Founder of SoulSpace, said that doctors spend their lives caring for others, and through “The Reset,” SoulSpace wanted to create a space where healthcare professionals could take a moment for themselves, feel refreshed, and return with renewed focus.
Participants appreciated the initiative and described it as a refreshing addition to the scientific conference. The inclusion of “The Reset” reflected an evolving approach to medical events, where academic excellence is being complemented by experiences that recognize the human side of healthcare.
SoulSpace is a wellbeing platform focused on creating evidence-informed experiences that support mental, emotional, and personal wellbeing through guided practices, immersive sessions, workshops, and institutional collaborations. You can publish this under categories like Health, Varanasi, or Events.
