NEW DELHI: Amazon India is offering the Xiaomi Pad 8 Creator's Edition at Rs 42,999 in Great Indian Festival early deals, the retailer's electronics deals post says. The bundle is pitched with the Focus Pen Pro for note-taking and drawing. The main festival opens for everyone on 8 October 2026, while early deals are already live on Amazon.in.

Xiaomi India's Pad 8 page describes a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 tablet with a 3.2K 144Hz ImmersiView display, a 9,200 mAh battery and 45W turbo charging. Thickness is listed at 5.75 mm and weight at about 485 g for the standard configuration, excluding the camera bump. HyperOS 3, HyperConnect phone features and Workstation Mode for split-screen work are part of the software pitch.

Creator's Edition language on Xiaomi's India page covers two display experiences: a standard bright panel and a nano-texture anti-glare option aimed at writing and art. The Focus Pen Pro adds buttonless gestures, hover preview and haptic feedback inside Mi Canvas. The Focus Keyboard is sold separately. Speakers are four custom-tuned units with Dolby Atmos support.

Memory notes on the brand page say the 128GB cut uses UFS 3.1 while 256GB uses UFS 4.1. Nano-texture glass is limited to some memory and colour combinations. Graphite Grey and Titanium Blue are among the finishes shown for India.

Xiaomi lists HyperAI tools such as an AI calculator, voice recording helpers and Gemini integration where available in India. Vertical and horizontal split-screen layouts are part of the HyperOS 3 multitasking story. Wireless secondary display for Windows and Continuity-style file handoff with Apple devices are marketed through Xiaomi Interconnectivity apps, subject to account login and radio settings on both sides. Always check the India software build notes for which AI tools are live on day one. Pen tip spares and keyboard layouts also differ by region SKU.

Festive Amazon price to verify

Amazon's early-deal card names the Creator's Edition at Rs 42,999 without spelling every storage SKU in the summary paragraph. Buyers should open the product tile and confirm whether the Focus Pen Pro is in the box, which display glass is fitted, and which storage cut is selected. Bank discounts advertised for the festival can change the final amount at checkout.

Compare that quote with Xiaomi Store India pricing the same day. Accessories such as the Focus Keyboard will raise the total if added in the same cart. Student or exchange offers, if shown, need eligibility checks before you rely on them.

Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos branding on the Pad 8 page cover supported apps and files. Not every streaming title will unlock both at once. For long writing sessions the nano-texture glass cuts glare under office lights, while the standard glass stays punchier for video. Pick the glass type on the product tile before the festive stock turns over.

Work and study notes

Xiaomi markets PC-level WPS Office, CAD viewing and CAJViewer support for study and design workflows. HyperConnect call sync and screen extender features need matching Xiaomi accounts and radios enabled on both devices. Battery life claims for two days of use come from Xiaomi lab scenarios and will fall during gaming or bright outdoor writing sessions.

Amazon published the Pad 8 Creator's Edition early-deal line on its India newsroom. Hardware and accessory details were taken from Xiaomi India's Xiaomi Pad 8 product page.
