Varanasi: UP College NCC Cadet Sanjeevani Rajesh Selected For Republic Day Parade

VARANASI: Bringing laurels to the holy city, Sanjeevani Rajesh, a BA 3rd Semester student of Uday Pratap (UP) College, has been selected to march at the prestigious Republic Day Parade in New Delhi on January 26.
A Rare Honor: Sanjeevani, a cadet of the 100 UP Battalion NCC, will march on the historic Kartavya Path.
Selection Stats: She is one of only 7 cadets selected from the Varanasi Group ‘B’ (which includes 5 from the Air Wing and 2 from the Army Wing).
State Representation: She is part of the UP Directorate contingent comprising 127 cadets, including 15 women.
Special Achievements: Her success doesn't stop at the parade. Principal Prof. Dharmendra Kumar Singh announced that Sanjeevani has also been selected for two other prestigious events:
Chief of Army Staff Home Visit.
The "Prodigy Meet", a special honor for high-performing cadets.
The Journey: Her journey to Delhi began with the Inter-Battalion Competition (IBC), followed by rigorous training camps in Azamgarh and Ghaziabad since November. Her dedication has now made her a role model for youth across the district.
