VARANASI: With Mahashivratri approaching on February 15, the VMC has shifted into high gear to ensure a smooth experience for devotees undertaking the Panchkroshi Yatra.
The Mayor has set a strict deadline of February 12 to make all roads leading to major Shiva temples (including Kashi Vishwanath and Mahamrityunjay) and the Panchkroshi route pothole-free.
