GURUGRAM: With school holidays for Dussehra and Diwali not far off, a lot of Gurugram parents will soon be looking for indoor places where children can burn energy for an hour or two. Trampoline parks are one obvious option, and two of them on the southern side of the city publish fairly detailed rules on their own websites. This guide compares what Bounce Gurugram in Sector 74 and Zooper near Ardee City in Sector 52 say, as read on 6 October 2026.

Neither venue's ticket rates appeared in readable form in the page text when Dalimss News checked, as both push visitors to their online booking systems. So this piece sticks to what is printed: addresses, timings, age limits, the slot system and what to wear. Check the booking page on the day for the price you will actually pay.

Bounce is the newer arrival. Its Gurugram page gives the address as 3rd Floor, M3M Corner Walk, Sector 74, and says the venue covers 40,000 square feet with more than 100 trampolines and over 50 activities in a fully air-conditioned space. The brand says it already runs parks in Mumbai and Bengaluru and has more than 80 venues across 16 countries.

The activity list on the Bounce site includes a free jump arena, a foam pit, dodgeball, slam dunk, a cliff jump, a big bag, a wall climb, a zipline, high ropes and a soft play area, along with sections called Junior Jumpers and miniBounce for younger children. There is also an in-house cafe listed as Fuel Cafe.

Bounce lists different hours on different days. The Gurugram page says it opens from 11 am to 9 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 10 am to 10 pm on Thursdays and Sundays, and from 10 am to 11 pm on Saturdays. Festival days can differ; the page carried a note about special hours on 2 October.

How the slots work, and what to wear

The slot system at Bounce is worth understanding before you set out. Hourly slots start every 30 minutes, at 10 am, 10:30 am and so on. The page is clear that your jump time ends at the end of the slot you booked, however late you walk in. A one-hour pass for the 2 pm slot ends at 3 pm even if you arrive at 2:25. Arriving on time is the simplest way to get the full hour.

Bounce also says that people who are not jumping must buy a Visitor Pass to enter the venue, which matters for parents who plan to sit and watch. The pricing page mentions a Monday pass and group options, but since the figures were not readable when we checked, we are not quoting them.

Zooper is the older of the two and sits closer to the Golf Course Road side. Its website gives the address as B-Block, Ardee City, Gate No. 1, near Ardee Mall, Sector 52, with a second line reading Khasra No. 549, near Ardee City, Village Wazirabad. It calls itself the first glow-in-the-dark trampoline park in the country, and lists a trampoline arena, a soft play zone, an adventure zone and a section called Adventure 2.0.

The Zooper FAQ page sets out age limits for each zone. Soft play is listed from two years, the trampoline arena from three, the adventure zone from five, and the zipline and rope course from eight. The same page puts the maximum weight for the activities at 110 kg. Anyone under 18, it says, should be accompanied by an adult.

Zooper does not insist on a booking. Its FAQ says walk-ins are accepted, but entry to the activity zone starts every 30 minutes so staff can check people in, verify waivers and show the safety video. A consent form is mandatory, and the page says any family member can sign a minor's waiver. It also asks for a valid ID, such as an Aadhaar card.

Footwear rules are strict at Zooper. Shoes are not allowed on the trampolines, and nor is jumping barefoot or in ordinary socks; only grip socks are permitted. You can bring your own or buy them at the reception. Outside food is not allowed, and the venue lists an in-house cafe called Stormi. The FAQ also says there is no charge for people who come in but do not use the trampolines, which is different from the Bounce visitor-pass rule.

Both parks take group bookings. Zooper's FAQ says it has two banquet spaces for birthday parties and that packages vary by the age of the child, while Bounce lists birthday parties, school sessions, team events and full venue hire on its menu. For contact, Zooper lists +91 7982560770 and info@zooperindia.com. Bounce's page carries call and booking buttons rather than a printed number, so its online form is the main route.

Both venues are in the newer sectors, so plan for traffic on Golf Course Extension Road or the Sohna Road side at weekends. If you are making a day of it near Bounce, our Airia Mall, Sector 68 guide covers a mall a short drive away. For indoor play on the NH-48 side, see our guide to the kids' zones at Ambience Mall.

Each park's rules can change, so read the booking page and the waiver before you go. Dalimss News has not visited either venue for this guide and makes no claim about the activities beyond what the operators publish.
