TN M.Pharm 2026–27 provisional rank list

The M.Pharm rank list is a list, not a counselling clock. The Selection Committee has posted a 40-page file titled “M.PHARM - 2026 - 2027 SESSION / PROVISIONAL RANK LIST FOR ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES.” The live homepage at https://tnmedicalselection.net/ labels the same PDF “PROVISIONAL RANK LIST FOR ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES OF M.PHARM - 2026 - 2027 SESSION” and points to https://tnmedicalselection.net/news/28082026015452.pdf. There are no registration, choice-filling, allotment or joining dates inside it. Do not borrow the MDS Round 1 window from a neighbouring homepage PDF.

This is M.Pharm for the 2026-27 session. It is not MBBS or BDS. It is not MDS. It is not B.Pharm Lateral Entry, Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing or Post Basic Diploma Nursing — those are separate 28 August files on the same site.

What the 40 pages print

Columns across the list are RANK, EXAM NO, NAME, COMMUNITY, SERVICE, TOTAL MARKS and COMMUNITY RANK. Rank 1 is RESHMA S, exam no. 6201, SC, 68.40 marks, community rank 1. Rank 2 is SREE PRIYADHARSHINI R, exam no. 5804, BC, 65.52 marks, community rank 1. Rank 3 is SAISHREEMATHI N, exam no. 5276, BC, 64.80 marks, community rank 2. The file runs to page 40 of 40. The last printed serial is 1371: MUTHALAGI R, MBC&DNC, 16.56 marks, community rank 437.

A serial is a place on a provisional ranking of eligible candidates. It is not a seat and it is not an allotment order. Community ranks sit beside overall ranks for the community labels as printed, including SC, BC, MBC&DNC, BCM and SCA. Several Open Category rows near the top carry no community-rank figure. Quote the cells as printed. This desk is not filling blanks.

The SERVICE column is part of the header. The opened file does not explain how that column is scored. This desk is not inventing a service-versus-non-service split from an empty-looking cell.
