Tattva Spa Adds Recovery Zone at Golf Avenue 42

GURUGRAM: Tattva Wellness Spa has opened an outlet at Golf Avenue 42 in DLF Phase 1 that pairs its usual massage menu with a recovery zone holding an infrared sauna, a cold plunge and leg compression therapy. The brand announced the outlet in the last week of September, and the spa has put up its own page with the address, hours and prices.

The spa sits on the fourth floor of Golf Avenue 42 on Sunset Boulevard Road in Sector 42, off Golf Course Road. It is open every day from 10 am to 9 pm. Its page gives +91 8588099523 for the outlet and +91 9999120413 for customer care.

There are three single-therapy rooms and one couple-therapy room, and each has its own steam and shower facilities. The page says men and women are both welcome.

What the recovery zone offers and what it costs

The spa's FAQ describes the three recovery services in plain terms. The cold plunge is a brief immersion in cold water. The infrared sauna warms the body with infrared light waves. Leg compression uses air-filled boots that press gently and rhythmically from the feet upwards. The page does not list session lengths or separate prices for the recovery services, and it does not set out any health guidance for them, so those details would have to come from the spa's customer-care line.
