CHENNAI: The Royal Enfield Classic 350 now starts at Rs 1,88,934 and goes up to Rs 2,26,069, according to the price list on the company's official Classic 350 page. All figures are ex-showroom Chennai (price as of 7 October 2026, 2:55 PM IST).
The new numbers are a little higher than the prices Royal Enfield announced for the same motorcycle over the past three months. The gap is between Rs 1,500 and Rs 1,800 on the versions we could match against the company's own press notes. Royal Enfield's media page did not carry a separate note on the revision when we checked.
Royal Enfield Classic 350 price list, colour by colour
The cheapest Classic 350 is the Redditch Red at Rs 1,88,934. The Heritage in Madras Red costs Rs 1,96,227, and the Heritage Premium in Medallion Bronze is listed at Rs 2,00,633.
Signals in Commando Sand and the Gorkha Edition in Gorkha Green share a price of Rs 2,12,370. The Dark versions, in Gun Grey and Stealth Black, cost Rs 2,21,179. At the top sit the Emerald and the Signature White, both at Rs 2,26,069.
That makes nine colours across six price points, with a spread of Rs 37,135 between the entry Redditch Red and the top two. Registration, road tax and insurance come on top of these figures, so the on-road price in most states will be noticeably higher, and it differs from state to state.
How the prices compare with Royal Enfield's own launch notes
On 16 July 2026, Royal Enfield's press note on the updated Classic 350 gave a starting price of Rs 1,87,434 ex-showroom. The current entry price is Rs 1,500 more than that.
The Gorkha Edition, launched on 18 August 2026, was announced at Rs 2,10,684 ex-showroom New Delhi. The website now lists it at Rs 2,12,370, and the site's Delhi price data shows the same figure. That is Rs 1,686 more than the launch price.
The Signature White is the newest version. Royal Enfield's press note of 22 September 2026 put it at Rs 2,24,275 ex-showroom Chennai. Two weeks later, the official page shows Rs 2,26,069, which is Rs 1,794 higher.
The company has not said when exactly the prices changed, or why. Since we can only compare against these three dated announcements, it is possible the increase came in more than one step. What is clear is that every version we could check costs more today than it did at launch.
What the Classic 350 offers for the money
There is no mechanical change with the new prices. The Classic 350 still uses the 349cc J-platform single-cylinder engine, which is air-oil cooled and makes 20.2 bhp at 6,100 rpm and 27 Nm at 4,000 rpm, according to Royal Enfield's technical specifications. It is paired with a five-speed gearbox.
The July update added an assist and slipper clutch for a lighter lever feel, along with a USB Type-C fast charging port. Royal Enfield said at the time that these came on all dual-channel ABS versions. The company also lists LED headlamp, pilot lights and turn indicators, a gear position indicator and adjustable clutch and brake levers.
The official spec sheet lists a 13-litre fuel tank, 805 mm seat height and a kerb weight of 195 kg with 90 percent fuel and oil. Braking is by a 300 mm front disc, with a 270 mm rear disc and dual-channel ABS on the versions that get it. Wheels are 19 inches at the front and 18 inches at the rear, with spoked or alloy options depending on the version.
The Signature White adds brown touring seats, special tank and side panel graphics and the Tripper navigation pod as standard, according to its September press note. We compared it with the Himalayan 440 in our story on how the Classic 350 Signature White and Himalayan 440 line up on price.
Where the Classic 350 stands this festive season
The revision comes as the Navratri and Diwali buying period gets going. Diwali falls on 8 November this year, and Royal Enfield goes into the season on the back of strong numbers. The company sold 1,33,958 motorcycles in September, as we reported in our story on Royal Enfield's record September sales.
The 350cc retro space has also become more crowded this week. Triumph has priced its new Bonneville T4 at Rs 2.54 lakh ex-showroom Delhi, with deliveries planned from January 2027. Details are in our report on the Triumph Bonneville T40 and T4 prices.
Royal Enfield's ex-showroom figures are published on its official Classic 350 page. The earlier prices come from the company's 16 July press note, the Gorkha Edition release and the Signature White note, all hosted on parent Eicher Motors' website.
