Rajasthan NEET UG Round 1 allotment listed 22 Aug; fee and SMS reporting 23-27 Aug

Allotted candidates on Rajasthan's state NEET UG list now face a five-day reporting band, not another choice-filling week. The NEET UG Medical & Dental Admission/Counselling Board's Round 1 schedule, notified on 10 August 2026, listed online publication of the Round 1 allotment result for 22 August. From 23 to 27 August, the work shifts to letter print, tuition-fee deposit and physical reporting in Jaipur.
The governing PDF is hosted on ug.neetrajasthan.com. Board websites also point to the Medical Education Department portal. If a later revision banner appears on the live site, that banner overrides any printed copy of the 10 August notice — including this report. As of this desk pass, the dated notification remains the schedule on file.
Three clocks on 23-27 August
Printing the allotment letter online runs from 23 August to 27 August 2026, until 5:00 PM on the 27th. Deposition of the prescribed one-year tuition fee covers the same dates, but fee payment closes earlier on the last day — 3:30 PM on 27 August.
Reporting, with document submission against the eligibility checklist, is at the allotted college desk inside the Academic Block, SMS Medical College, Jaipur. The daily reporting window is shown as 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with reporting allowed till 6:00 PM on 27 August. Missing the fee cut-off while assuming the reporting desk will still save the seat is a common error; treat the three timestamps separately.
Academic session commencement is listed for 8 September 2026. Subsequent rounds are marked "to be notified later" on the same page.
What to carry to the Jaipur reporting desks
The notification asks for a printout of the allotment letter (four copies), all original documents, required bonds, and two copies of the application form with photocopies of relevant documents in two sets, as listed in the information bulletin. PwBD/PwD candidates must bring the original eligibility certificate issued from an MCC-designated centre along with other originals.
Security-deposit slabs and choice-filling rules that applied earlier in Round 1 (including auto-locking of choices at 11:55 PM on 20 August) are already behind allotted candidates. The live task is fee plus reporting, not another preference edit.
State quota calendar, not MCC AIQ
This is Rajasthan state-quota MBBS/BDS counselling under the state board. It does not replace Medical Counselling Committee All India Quota processes. Candidates on both tracks should keep two calendars and two document folders.
Application fee mentioned in the notice is INR 2,500 (INR 1,500 for SC, ST, ST-STA category candidates of Rajasthan domicile) plus transaction charges — that figure relates to registration, not to the one-year tuition fee due after allotment. Tuition amounts follow the college information sheets and fee structure on the board website.
For anyone allotted on the 22 August result file, 23 August is day one of the join window. Print the letter, pay within the fee clock, and reach the SMS Medical College Academic Block desks with originals before the 27 August close.
