Punjab BFUHS posts revised Round-1 MBBS/BDS allocation; 14 more debarred

The revised Round-1 list is up, and a second debar notice rode with it. Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot, published the revised Provisional Allocation of MBBS/BDS Seats for the 1st Round of Online Counselling, Session 2026, on 29.08.2026, after considering objections received against the 27.08.2026 provisional allocation. The PDF is 241 pages. The same day’s public notice — Ref. No. BFUHS/2026/1205, Date: 29.08.2026 — names 14 additional candidates debarred from 85% Punjab State Quota seats. This is one homepage story. It is not a recap of Friday’s in-person objections day at Faridkot.
The allocation header is explicit: after the 27.08.2026 objections, “the revised Provisional Allocation of MBBS/BDS Seats for the 1st Round of Online Counselling, Session 2026 is hereby published.” Date: 29.08.2026. The file name on the notice board is AllocationofSeats-1stRoundcounselling-290826.pdf. Page 1 of 241 through Page 241 of 241 print the same disclaimer block above the table.
What the 241-page list actually is
The allocation “is purely provisional and is subject to verification and authentication of the original documents/certificates submitted by the candidates and determination of their eligibility.” Mere provisional allocation “shall not confer any right upon the candidate to claim admission.” If, at any stage, a candidate is found to have withheld, concealed, suppressed or misrepresented any material fact, or obtained the allocation by fraud, the allocation or admission “shall be liable to be cancelled forthwith.” The university also reserves the right to correct, modify, withdraw or cancel any provisional allocation found to have been made erroneously.
Page 1 of the table, as printed, opens at State Merit No. 2: AYUSH GUPTA, NEET roll 3805104246, Dayanand Medical College and Hospital Ludhiana, Government / Open. The next government-open rows on that page include SHAURYA SINGLA, SHIV JINDAL and SANKALP GARG at the same Ludhiana college, and AKARSH AGGARWAL at Government Medical College, Patiala. Later first-page and second-page government-open rows name Government Medical College, Amritsar, and Dr B.R Ambedkar State Institute of Medical Sciences, S.A.S Nagar, Mohali. Those are opening examples. They are not a rank-1 claim, and they are not a college-wise census.
The last page is Page 241 of 241. Several closing rows print State Merit No. 0 under the NRI category — TANUSH KHARBANDA at the Mohali institute, SAMADRITA ROY at Patiala, JESSICA KAUR BRAR at Ludhiana among them, and a B.D.S row for GURMEHAR S ARORA at Dasmesh Institute of Research & Dental Sciences, Faridkot. Because NRI rows print merit number 0, those pages cannot be added into a statewide allotted headcount. A serial on page 241 is not a verified unique-allottee total.
Debarred List 2 — fourteen additional names
The debar notice is a continuation of the 28.08.2026 public notice. Additional candidates “have been found to have applied for admission against the 85% Punjab State Quota seats and, simultaneously, to have applied for counselling/admission against the State Quota seats of another State/Union Territory.” That is the Clause 18 test in the Government of Punjab Notification dated 10.07.2026. The 14 names below are the additional list printed on 29.08.2026. They are not added here to the 28 August debarred list as a running statewide total.
As printed: 1 SAUMYA DUBEY (Assam); 2 SUSHAAN JHAMB (Karnataka); 3 ARSHDEEP KAUR (Maharashtra); 4 NAVYA (Karnataka); 5 PRIYA (UttraKhand, as printed); 6 TASIS FATIMA (Karnataka); 7 ATHMA DIYA T (Tamil Nadu); 8 PARDEEP KAUR (Telegana, as printed); 9 NAVTEJ SINGH PARMAR (Karnataka); 10 RYTHM RAINA (J&K); 11 AKKIREDDY KRISHNA SAI (Andhra Pradesh); 12 AAHANA BETHSHIBA MASIH (Madhaya Pradesh AND Chantisgarh, as printed); 13 MAHIMA SHUKLA (Karnataka); 14 ROSHANI (Madhaya Pradesh, as printed). Each row also prints a Punjab State registration number, father’s name and NEET roll number on Debarred_2.pdf.
If any further candidate is found to have applied for State Quota seats in more than one State or Union Territory other than Punjab, “his/her provisional allotment shall be liable to be cancelled forthwith,” besides other action under the rules and the prospectus. The notice is signed Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot.
AllocationofSeats-1stRoundcounselling-290826.pdf, 241 pages and dated 29.08.2026, and Debarred_2.pdf, Ref. No. BFUHS/2026/1205 dated 29.08.2026, are the two files on https://admission.bfuhsonline.ac.in/mbbs_bds/mbbsbds.asp. Those are the revised list and the second debar notice. They are not the 27.08.2026 provisional file and not Friday’s in-person objections day.
