Power Outage in Varanasi Today Due to Maintenance Work

Residents of Varanasi connected to the Municipal Corporation substation will face a temporary power outage on Thursday due to scheduled maintenance work by the electricity department.

According to the announced schedule, power supply from the Sigra feeder will remain suspended from 11:00 am to 12:00 noon. After this, the Bank Colony feeder will be shut down from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm. Electricity supply from the Jai Prakash Nagar feeder will also be affected between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm.

The electricity department has advised consumers to complete important tasks in advance during the shutdown period. Officials said power supply will be restored immediately after the maintenance work is completed.
