NEW DELHI: The OPPO K14 Plus is now on sale in India. OPPO's online store lists the base model, with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, at Rs 29,999 in Star White (price as of 8 October 2026, 9:50 AM IST), and shows an instant bank discount of up to Rs 4,000 on the same page. OPPO had earlier said the phone would also be sold through Flipkart.
The store lists two more versions, 8GB with 128GB and 8GB with 256GB, and two colours, Solar Orange and Star White. Next to the Rs 29,999 figure the page shows a struck-through price of Rs 61,999 and a "51% off" tag. That higher number is a list price, not what anyone pays, so compare the selling price with rival phones rather than trusting the discount label.
The phone was announced in late September, and our report on its 29 September launch date covered OPPO's claims before the event. With the full specification sheet now on OPPO's site, here is what the money buys.
Battery, charging and screen
The battery is the main reason this phone exists. OPPO lists it at 8,000mAh typical and 7,780mAh rated. The rated figure is the minimum the cells are certified for, which is why it always comes out a little lower, and our explainer on typical and rated battery capacity goes through the difference. Charging tops out at 45W using OPPO's SUPERVOOC standard. A charger and a protective case come in the box.
OPPO says the battery will keep at least 80% of its capacity after six years, a figure from its own lab tests at about 25 degrees Celsius, and it notes that real-world results will vary. From the same in-house testing it quotes 30.33 hours of WhatsApp voice calls and 12.64 hours of BGMI gaming on a charge.
The display is a 6.78-inch (17.22 cm) AMOLED panel with a 2772 x 1272 resolution, which OPPO markets as 1.5K. It refreshes at up to 144Hz and is rated at 1,800 nits in high brightness mode, while OPPO's overview page claims a 3,600-nit peak. It covers the full DCI-P3 colour range, according to the spec sheet.
Chip, cameras and build
Inside is MediaTek's Dimensity 7360 MAX, made on a 4nm process, with an Arm Mali-G615 graphics unit. Memory is LPDDR4X and storage is UFS 3.1, and there is no microSD slot, so pick your storage carefully. OPPO says the 256GB model passed its six-year smoothness test, which it describes as an internal lab result rather than a promise that the phone will never slow down.
The rear camera module pairs a 50MP main camera, which has optical image stabilisation, with a 2MP monochrome sensor. The selfie camera is 16MP. The main camera records 4K video at 30fps, and both cameras support stabilised 1080p video.
The durability claims stand out at this price. OPPO lists IP69K water and dust resistance, the rating for high-pressure, high-temperature water jets, along with what it calls a 360-degree armour body. The phone weighs about 207g, is 8.4mm thick and runs ColorOS 16.5. OPPO lists India as the country of origin.
There are gaps too. The K14 Plus has no NFC, so you cannot tap the phone to pay at a card terminal, and it does not support eSIM. There is no 3.5mm headphone jack. You do get Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, dual stereo speakers and an infrared blaster that can stand in for a TV or AC remote.
Who it suits
At Rs 29,999 before bank offers, the K14 Plus is pitched at buyers who want a large battery and a fast, bright screen and are not chasing a flagship camera. It sits below OPPO's own F35 5G, which starts at Rs 38,999 and goes on sale on 11 October. If you are prepared to spend that much, our comparison of the vivo S2 FE and OPPO F35 5G sets out what the extra money gets you.
Before paying, check the final amount at checkout with your own card. The Rs 4,000 instant discount applies only to the banks and terms the seller lists, and festive offers change often, so the price quoted here is a snapshot from Thursday morning.
