OPPO’s ₹9 Find X10 privilege pack is listed with a purchase button on its India store. Price as of 17 October 2026, 5:36 am IST. The listing describes a virtual benefit pack, not a handset delivery.
The campaign-specific conditions permit unused refunds. The listing’s Terms & Condition link instead opens generic gift-box conditions forbidding them. Which policy governs this pack remains unclear.
Purchase and redemption are separate steps
Pack purchases run from 13 October, 10 am, through 21 October, 11:59:59 pm. Coupons work from 22 October, 6 pm, until 25 October, 11:59:59 pm. All times are IST. Eligibility requires adulthood, Indian residence and billing address, an India-region store account and valid identification. The limit is one pack per account.
Enco Air5 Pro and case require a Find X10 series purchase. Only its first 50 purchasers can redeem the 4GB/128GB Wi-Fi Pad SE coupon, subject to stock. Separate Enco X4 and Pad Mini purchases qualify for ₹500 and ₹1,000 coupons.
The included earbuds have their own limitations. OPPO’s Enco Air5 Pro page specifies 12mm drivers and dual-device connections across Android, iOS and Windows. Its maximum 54-hour playback claim includes case recharging, uses AAC audio with noise cancellation off and sets volume at 50%. The company lists seven hours for the earbuds alone in AAC with noise cancellation enabled, or 29 hours including the case. These are laboratory figures, not Dalimss News test results.
OPPO also says the earbuds’ IP55 rating does not cover the charging case. High-resolution audio requires compatible LHDC support and is unavailable on iOS. Those distinctions matter if the gift will be used with another household device. A bundled accessory’s headline features should not be treated as universally available, and its usefulness depends on the intended phone or computer.
Read the refund documents before committing
Campaign wording provides for unused-benefit refunds, automatically on 26 October after expiry. It specifies seven to fifteen business days after eligibility confirmation, through the original payment route. Using any entitlement removes eligibility.
The generic document linked from the listing gives the opposite instruction: gift-box purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded, and benefits cannot be redeemed for cash. It also says participation permits processing of account and payment information, with email contact for the campaign. Buyers relying on cancellation should obtain clarification through OPPO’s own support channel and retain the applicable terms. The conflicting links are not evidence that a particular customer has been refused a refund.
A later device order raises a separate issue. OPPO Mobiles India Private Limited’s store terms of sale, updated on 19 December 2025, say an order acknowledgement is not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when the product is dispatched and a shipping confirmation is sent. The store can cancel for unavailability or pricing errors and refund money collected. A visible product listing therefore does not guarantee allocation. The ₹9 page does not verify the future phone’s selling price, configuration or delivery date.
Those sales terms say listed prices include applicable GST unless specified otherwise. Shipping, handling and cash-on-delivery charges can be added at checkout. The stated standard delivery period of six to seven working days is indicative, with delays possible. It should not be used as a promised arrival date for a forthcoming handset. Before placing that larger order, compare its complete payable amount with the confirmed contents of the basket.
For the physical goods, OPPO’s linked return and refund policy asks buyers to reject a tampered package before signing for it. It requires a wrong-product complaint within 24 hours. Eligible replacement requests must be made within 30 days and are subject to examination and stock. The device must be in unused, original condition. Original packaging, proof of purchase, accessories and freebies must be retained. That policy describes replacement conditions rather than an unrestricted change-of-mind return.
The same policy says orders cannot be cancelled once they enter Processing, despite its broader reference to cancellation before dispatch. Anyone intending to cancel should check the actual order status promptly. Prepaid refunds return through the original payment method; another account cannot be nominated. Keeping the order record and payment confirmation makes a later support query easier to document.
