No Fuel Shortage in Varanasi: DM Satyendra Kumar Assures Smooth Supply of Petrol, Diesel, and LPG

Amid growing concerns over fuel and LPG availability due to rising tensions in the Middle East, the district administration in Varanasi has assured residents that there is no shortage of petrol, diesel, or cooking gas in the district. District Magistrate Satyendra Kumar stated that oil marketing companies are continuing their supply operations smoothly and that adequate stock of fuel and LPG cylinders is available across the district.
Speaking to Dalimss News, the District Magistrate clarified that the situation in Varanasi remains completely normal and there is no need for people to panic. He said the administration is closely monitoring the supply chain in coordination with oil companies to ensure that consumers do not face any inconvenience. According to officials, petrol pumps and gas agencies are functioning as usual and supplies are being delivered regularly.
The District Magistrate also warned that strict action will be taken against anyone found spreading rumors or involved in black marketing. He appealed to citizens not to believe unverified information and to avoid unnecessary hoarding of fuel or LPG cylinders. The administration emphasized that responsible consumer behavior will help maintain smooth distribution and ensure that essential resources remain available for everyone in the city.
