NEET PG 2026 admit cards live on NBEMS login; exam 30 August

NEET-PG 2026 hall tickets are already sitting behind the applicant login. The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences, in a notice dated 24 August 2026, had moved the release from 24 August to 25 August after “unavoidable circumstances” and requests linked to Assam and Meghalaya. By 26 August the tickets were available to download. The examination is on Sunday, 30 August 2026, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM, in a single computer-based shift.

The same notice records the earlier shuffle. Test-city intimation went out on 11 August. The Information Bulletin had listed 27 August for admit cards; that date was first brought forward to 24 August “for the convenience of the candidates,” then pushed to 25 August. Anyone who waited for a fresh homepage banner on 26 August would have missed that the Applicant Login at natboard.edu.in was already serving the file. The homepage on Thursday morning still listed the 24 August line — “Revised date of release of Admit card for NEET-PG 2026” — rather than a separate “admit cards out” tile.

How to download, and what to check

Log in with the User ID and password issued at registration. natboard.edu.in is the Board’s public site; nbe.edu.in points to the same examination stack. Download only from that login. Print the hall ticket as the card itself instructs. Check name, photograph, roll number, examination city, reporting time and the 30 August date before you travel.

The 24 August notice told candidates not to trust rumours, unverified social-media posts or third-party messages. Official updates sit on natboard.edu.in. Queries go through the Board’s Communication Web Portal at exam.natboard.edu.in, not informal groups. If a field on the hall ticket is wrong, use that portal. Do not wait until Sunday morning at the centre gate.

Sunday’s sitting

The paper is one shift, computer-based, 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Carry the printed admit card and the photo identity document named on it. Gate-close time, banned items and photograph rules are printed on the ticket. This desk is not copying a generic exam-day list from an older session.

NEET-PG is the eligibility-cum-entrance test for MD, MS and PG Diploma seats — All India quota, state quota, private and deemed colleges, Armed Forces Medical Services, and post-MBBS DNB / NBEMS diploma pathways, as set out on the Board’s NEET-PG page. AIIMS, PGIMER Chandigarh, JIPMER Puducherry, NIMHANS Bengaluru and a short list of other institutes run separate postgraduate admissions. A NEET-PG hall ticket does not put a candidate into those processes.

Result calendar — and a different DNB file

The 1 July 2026 web notice on conduct of NEET-PG 2026 lists declaration of result by 30 September 2026. The session calendar has also listed 30 September 2026 as the internship-completion cut-off. Neither date is an admit-card issue. They sit on the calendar so that a 30 August sitting is not read as a 30 August result.

The NBEMS homepage also carries, dated 25 August 2026, the result of the DNB Final Theory Examination, June 2026. That is a different file for a different cohort. Do not open it expecting a NEET-PG score.

As of Thursday morning, 27 August 2026, the operational fact for registered candidates is simple: the hall ticket is on the Applicant Login, the sitting is Sunday, and the printed card plus the named photo ID are what the centre will ask for.
