NEET-PG 2026 is this morning, and the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences has dated a test-day advisory. The two-page notice is Dated: 29 / 08 / 2026. The subject line is “Test day advisory for NEET-PG 2026 candidates.” The exam is 30-08-2026, a single shift from 09:00 AM to 12:30 PM, computer-based, at various test centres across the country. Candidates must report at the Reporting Counter of the Test Centre at 07:00 AM. The entry gate will close at 08:30 AM.

This is not an admit-card recap. Hall tickets were already live. This file is the 29 August advisory. It has no city-intimation numbers. It times the report, the gate and the paper, and it lists what will not pass the security check.

Report at 7:00, gate at 8:30, then the barred list

Candidates will be subjected to frisking including use of a Hand-Held-Metal-Detector at the time of entry to the test centre. The notice tells candidates to arrive well before the scheduled closing of the entry gate so the mandatory security check does not make them late. A later paragraph repeats the same point with traffic, weather, local conditions and delay in reaching the Reporting Counter. The gate still closes at 08:30 AM.

The following items will not be permitted beyond the security check point in examination premises under any circumstances.

Stationery: any textual material, printed or written; notes; plastic pouch; calculator; pen; writing pen; eraser and the like.

Electronics: mobile phone; earphones; microphone; pager; wrist watch; smart watches; health or fitness band or rings; electronic pen; scanner; tablets; AI-enabled glasses; pen drives.

Ornaments: bracelets; rings; earrings; nose-pin; chain or necklace; pendants; necklace with pendants; badge; brooch.

Other personal items: wallet; car keys; goggles; AI-enabled glasses again; handbags; belt; mask; gloves; cap.

Eatables: any eatable item opened or packed; soft drinks; water bottle. The footnote is the only carve-out: if you need to carry medicines, medical-assistance devices or a prosthesis at the exam centre, carry supportive medical documents.

A last electronics line bars any other electronic or communication device capable of being used for adopting unfair means, including but not limited to wireless devices, Bluetooth-enabled devices, and spy cameras.

Paper-leak claims, and the official NBEMS site

Do not believe or respond to any person claiming to have access to the NEET-PG question paper, answer key or examination-related confidential material, whether through telephone calls, email, social-media messages or any other means. Report any such claim immediately to NBEMS at reportumc@natboard.edu.in and, or, the appropriate law-enforcement agency.

Rely only on information published on the official NBEMS website https://natboard.edu.in. Do not rely on rumours, unverified social-media posts or messages circulated by third parties. That is the site the 29 August PDF names. The advisory does not ask candidates to follow any other channel.

The 24 August revised-admit-card notice had already fixed 30 August, 09:00 AM to 12:30 PM, single CBT shift. This 29 August file repeats those hours and adds the report time, the gate time, the metal-detector line and the barred-items list. Carry the admit card and the documents printed on it. Leave the barred list at home, or in the cloak arrangement the centre actually runs — the advisory does not describe a cloak room.

The two-page 29/08/2026 notice headed “Test day advisory for NEET-PG 2026 candidates” carries the 07:00 report, the 08:30 gate and the 09:00–12:30 paper, plus the barred-items list. Those hours are not from the 24 August admit-card revision.
