MCC Round-2 PwD portal: Primary, Appellate

Candidates applying under the Persons with Disabilities category for Round-2 of UG Counselling 2026 have a live PwD portal and two assessment boards on the clock. The opening sentence is plain: all candidates applying under the PwD category are informed that the PwD portal for Round-2 of UG Counselling 2026 is now active. Portal live status is the first fact. The assessment windows are the second.

Primary Medical Assessment Board window

The Primary Medical Assessment Board will conduct the assessment of those candidates who will report to the Primary Medical Assessment Board upto 10:30 AM on 05/09/2026. Primary Medical Assessment is to complete assessment by 06:00 PM on 06/09/2026. Candidates are advised to visit the Primary Medical Assessment Centre within the stipulated time as per the revised schedule of Round-2.

Read those two hours as a pair. Reporting to the Primary board has a 10:30 am cut on 5 September. Completion of Primary assessment has a 6:00 pm cut on 6 September. Missing the reporting cut is not cured by still being in the city on the evening of the 6th. The notice does not print centre addresses on this page; it points candidates to the stipulated time on the revised Round-2 schedule and to the MCC portal for assessment details generated online.

Appellate Board noon cut on 8 September

It is further informed that the Appellate Medical Assessment Board will conduct the medical assessment of candidates who report up to 12:00 Noon on 08/09/2026. All concerned candidates are advised to ensure that their medical assessment is completed within the prescribed schedule and assessment details are generated online on the MCC portal.

By the morning of 7 September 2026 IST, the Primary reporting cut (10:30 am on 5 September) and the Primary completion cut (6:00 pm on 6 September) have already passed on the calendar printed in Notice 18. The Appellate reporting window through 12:00 noon on 8 September remains the live board cut on that same notice for candidates still needing Appellate assessment. Confirm your own portal status before you travel; only the stamps Notice 18 prints are timed below.

Candidates are also advised to regularly visit the MCC website for further updates and announcements. The notice does not name a third-party channel. Keep this PwD assessment clock separate from Notice 19 of 05.09.2026 (new seats and choice-filling pause), from the AIQ-State Round-2 schedule PDF, and from the newly added / clear / virtual vacancy matrices. Those files do not replace Primary or Appellate assessment.
