The Medical Counselling Committee has published the NRI list of eligible candidates for UG Round 2 of the 2026 counselling cycle. The three-page PDF is titled NRI LIST OF ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES FOR UG (ROUND 2) 2026. The CDN upload path carries the 2026/09 stamp as 20260908398596683.pdf under the MCC of DGHS news-events board. The local archive copy shows CreationDate Tue Sep 8 17:44:54 2026 UTC, which is 23:14 IST the same evening.

This file is a named eligibility artefact for Round 2 NRI handling. It is not Notice 19 on newly added Round-2 seats, not a vacancy matrix, not a choice-filling calendar, and not the Round-1 FREEZE resign order covered separately on this desk. Candidates should open it to check whether their roll number appears, then read the footnote on provisional conversion and reporting documents before assuming an NRI seat will stick.

What the three-page list contains

Each row prints a serial number, a ten-digit roll number, and a candidate name. The serials run from 1 to 135 across the three pages. Page one covers serials 1 to 50, page two covers 51 to 100, and page three covers 101 to 135, ending with roll 3113204178 for VEDANT ANIL SALUNKHE. The header repeats on every page as NRI LIST OF ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES FOR UG (ROUND 2) 2026, so there is no separate annexure title to hunt for.

The list does not print category codes, All India ranks, preference order, or allotted college names. It is an eligibility roll for NRI conversion in Round 2, not an allotment letter. If a name is present, the candidate still has to complete Round-2 process steps on the MCC portal and, if an NRI seat is later allotted, clear physical reporting with originals.

Provisional Indian-to-NRI conversion and reporting rule

The footnote under serial 135 is the legal spine of the PDF. It states that the listed candidates have been converted provisionally from INDIAN to NRI for the purpose of UG counselling 2026-27 on the basis of scrutiny of documents sent by them to MCC of DGHS. However, the candidates have to produce the same original documents at the time of Reporting in case an NRI seat is allotted to them, failing which their admission is liable to get cancelled.

That means portal conversion is provisional. Document scrutiny at MCC got the name onto this Round-2 NRI list. Final admission still depends on producing the same originals at the allotted institute during reporting. A missing or mismatched original can cancel the admission even after a provisional NRI conversion row appears here.

MCC hosts UG medical counselling news and events at https://mcc.nic.in/news-events-ug-medical/. Use only the official MCC login and the CDN PDF above for the roll check. Do not treat third-party counselling forms that ask for fees or OTPs as a substitute for this list. If your roll is absent, this file does not create an alternate claim path; follow the live Round-2 notices on the same MCC board instead.

Keep this NRI eligibility PDF separate from Round-1 exit notices. Notice 16 on FREEZE resignation and Notice 17 on FLOAT resignation answer who could leave a Round-1 joined seat without deposit forfeiture. This 08.09 upload answers only which candidates MCC has provisionally converted to NRI for Round-2 UG counselling 2026-27, with 135 named rows and a hard originals-at-reporting warning.

CDN file 20260908398596683.pdf, titled NRI LIST OF ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES FOR UG (ROUND 2) 2026, is the three-page MCC Round-2 NRI eligibility list. The 135 roll-and-name rows and the provisional Indian-to-NRI conversion footnote with originals-at-Reporting cancellation risk are from that upload alone.
