Kerala publishes M.Pharm second-phase allotment; join by 24 September

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations has published the second-phase centralised allotment for postgraduate pharmacy (M.Pharm) courses in government and private self-financing colleges for 2026. The notification, dated 19 September 2026, says candidates can view allotment details on www.cee.kerala.gov.in and download the allotment memo from the M.Pharm 2026 candidate portal using their application number and password.

The memo includes name, roll number, allotment details and tuition fee information. A separate Data Sheet menu on the same home page provides the candidate data sheet printout. Both documents are required at the admitting college. The memo itself was to be available on the portal from 19 September 2026.

Reporting window still open through 24 September

Candidates who receive a second-phase allotment must report for admission from 22 September 2026 to 24 September 2026 at 4:00 pm. They should carry the allotment memo, data sheet and original documents listed in Clause 9.3 of the prospectus, and remit the complete fees as per government orders at the college.

Those who already joined a course after the first phase and have now been moved to a higher option must collect the transfer certificate, original documents and fees paid from the present college and join the newly allotted college. Failure to do so means losing the current admission as well. College principals must update and submit the admitted list through the Online Admission Management System at 5:00 pm on 24 September 2026.

Practical checklist for this week

Log into the candidate portal, download memo and data sheet, and confirm whether the allotment is a fresh seat or an upgrade. Call the allotted college about fee payment mode and document order before travelling. Keep first-phase fee receipts handy if a transfer of paid amounts is needed under college rules.

Helpline numbers printed in the notice are 0471-2332120 and 2338487. Students should use the official portal rather than forwarded PDFs when checking allotment status. With joining closing at 4:00 pm on 24 September and OAMS submission due an hour later, the second-phase clock is short. Finish reporting inside that window if the memo shows a seat.

Private self-financing pharmacy colleges and government colleges follow the same reporting end time in this notice, so travel plans should target 24 September afternoon at the latest. Candidates who miss the OAMS update window risk administrative disputes even if they physically arrived earlier. Save screenshots of the portal allotment page together with the printed memo for the admission file.

If a higher option appears in phase two, do not assume the first-phase college will automatically forward documents. Collect them in person as the notification requires, then report to the new campus inside the same 22 to 24 September window.

Candidates who received no allotment in phase two should wait for later CEE notifications rather than visiting colleges without a memo. Those who hold a phase-two seat must treat 4:00 pm on 24 September as a hard reporting stop, not a soft target.
