Kerala five-year LLB vacant-seat final allotment out; join colleges by 26 September 3 PM

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Integrated Five Year LLB candidates who received a vacant-seat allotment must join by early next week. The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations has published the Vacant Seat Final Allotment for admission to Integrated Five Year LLB courses 2026 in Government and self-financing law colleges. The notification, CEE/22/2026-TA3-Part(1), says the list follows complaints closed against the provisional vacant-seat allotment published on 19 September 2026 and rests on Prospectus clause 18.

Allotted candidates should log into the Integrated Five Year LLB 2026 Candidate Portal with application number and password, open Allotment Result, and print the Allotment Memo. Joining at the allotted college is allowed on any date from 23 September 2026 to on or before 3:00 PM on 26 September 2026 with the documents listed in the memo under Prospectus clause 19.

Binding rules of vacant-seat allotment

CEE lists five general rules. If no seat is allotted in the vacant-seat round, any existing admission continues. If a new seat is allotted, the earlier admission stands cancelled and the candidate must take the new college. Vacant-seat allotments cannot be changed later. Candidates who get a vacant-seat allotment, whether or not they had joined earlier, become ineligible for subsequent allotments. Allotment remains subject to final Government, Bar Council of India and University affiliation or approval.

Fee concessions continue for listed SC/ST/OEC and other notified categories under the cited Government Order and related groups such as children of fishermen and inmates of specified homes. Those candidates are exempted from remitting tuition fees as stated in the notice.

College OAMS deadline and candidate risk

College principals must approve and submit the admitted candidates list through the Online Admission Management System before 4:00 PM on 26 September 2026. Candidates who do not join within time lose the present allotment. That makes 26 September a double deadline: 3:00 PM for student joining and 4:00 PM for college OAMS submission.

Students who preferred to wait for a better college should read rule three carefully: accepting this vacant-seat allotment ends later chances in the same counselling stream. Those who want the seat should travel with originals early, complete fee formalities where applicable, and collect joining acknowledgement. Self-financing law college fee demands can differ from Government college practice. Carry enough funds or payment proof for the fee line shown on the Allotment Memo, unless you fall in an exempted category with certificates in hand.

Students travelling from outside Thiruvananthapuram or Ernakulam should book travel that lands before noon on 26 September so a late train does not erase the allotment at the 3:00 PM gate.

Bar Council and University affiliation caveats mean a college could still face approval issues after joining. Keep fee receipts and the Allotment Memo safe until enrolment numbers are issued.

Candidates who get no vacant-seat allotment should simply continue in their present college if already admitted, as rule one protects that status.
