Kerala three-year LLB vacant-seat final allotment published; reporting ends 26 September 3 PM

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Three Year LLB vacant-seat allotments are also final. CEE notification CEE/380/2026-TA3 publishes the Vacant Seat Final Allotment for Three Year LLB course 2026 for Government and self-financing law colleges. The list incorporates valid complaints against the provisional vacant-seat allotment published on 19 September 2026 and follows Prospectus clause 18.

Candidates must open the Three Year LLB 2026 Candidate Portal, view Allotment Result, and print the Allotment Memo. Joining runs from 23 September 2026 to on or before 3:00 PM on 26 September 2026 with documents required under Prospectus clause 19. The structure mirrors the five-year LLB vacant-seat notice issued in parallel, but the portal and prospectus references are specific to the three-year course.

Same binding vacant-seat logic

If the vacant-seat round allots no seat, an existing admission continues. If it allots a new seat, the previous admission is cancelled and the new college must be accepted. Vacant-seat allotments cannot be reshuffled later. Anyone allotted in this round becomes ineligible for later allotments in the process. Affiliation and approval conditions of Government, the Bar Council of India and the University still apply.

Tuition fee exemption language for SC/ST/OEC and other notified concession groups matches the five-year notice, including the 2005 Scheduled Caste Development Department Government Order reference and listed special categories. Candidates who claim exemption should carry supporting certificates to the college on joining day.

Reporting clock and OAMS

Principals must submit the admitted list on OAMS before 4:00 PM on 26 September 2026. Students who skip joining lose the allotment. Because both three-year and five-year vacant-seat finals share the same joining end date, law college offices may be crowded on 25 and 26 September. Arrive early with memo, data sheet if provided on the portal, and originals.

Graduates who were holding a weaker three-year seat in hope of an upgrade should decide quickly: taking the vacant-seat allotment closes further upgrades, while refusing to join forfeits the new seat. Read Prospectus clause 18 and 19 once on the portal, then either join by 3:00 PM on 26 September or consciously let the seat go. Three-year LLB applicants are often working graduates. Take leave documentation seriously for 25 and 26 September joining days, and inform employers that vacant-seat allotment rules cancel prior seats if a new college is allotted.

If both a friend in the five-year stream and you in the three-year stream hold vacant-seat memos, do not mix portals. Each course has its own candidate login and memo format even when the joining end time looks identical.

Save the Allotment Memo PDF under a clear filename that includes three-year LLB and the college short name. OAMS submission is the college's duty, but students should still ask for a joining acknowledgement slip before leaving campus on 26 September.

Carry two photocopies of every original so the college can retain one set if required during OAMS entry.
