CEE Kerala publishes provisional first-phase AYUSH and medical allied allotment; complaints till 24 September 11 AM

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations has published the provisional first-phase allotment list for KEAM 2026 Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Siddha, Unani and medical allied courses. Notification CEE/434/2026-TA4 dated 23 September 2026 says the list is based on online options registered from 17 September 2026 to 2:00 PM on 22 September 2026 and is available through the KEAM 2026 Candidate Portal under Allotment List.

Courses covered in this phase include BAMS, BSMS, BHMS, BUMS and a long allied set such as B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Co-Operation and Banking, Climate Change and Environmental Science, integrated biology and microbiology programmes, B.Tech Biotechnology under Kerala Agricultural University, BVSc and AH, and BFSc. Candidates can open the provisional list on www.cee.kerala.gov.in.

Complaint window closes at 11 AM on 24 September

Genuine complaints about the provisional list can be mailed to ceekinfo.cee@kerala.gov.in up to 11:00 AM on 24 September 2026. After valid complaints are addressed, CEE will publish the final allotment. That makes the morning of 24 September the last chance to flag an obvious portal error before the list hardens.

The provisional PDF for allied courses already shows college and course allotments with candidate and allotted categories. Students who believe a higher viable option was ignored, or who see a data mismatch in category, should write a clear email with application number, rank and the exact defect before the 11 AM cut-off rather than waiting for telephone follow-up.

What comes after the final list

Earlier CEE messaging for this phase pointed to joining after the final allotment in the last week of September. Candidates who hold a provisional seat should keep fee receipts, NEET UG eligibility proof where required, and original certificates ready, but should also watch the portal for the final memo before travelling. A complaint upheld before final publication can change a college row; travelling on the provisional PDF alone is risky.

Families should treat those lines as support for portal access issues, not as a substitute for the written complaint email when the allotment itself is disputed. Download the provisional list today, verify the allotted college and course, send any complaint before 11:00 AM IST on 24 September, and then wait for the final allotment before paying joining fees at the college.

Agriculture and veterinary hopefuls should remember that this phase mixes classical AYUSH seats with Kerala Agricultural University and related allied programmes. Check the course code on the provisional list carefully so a B.VSc row is not mistaken for a BAMS row when families share screenshots.

If your provisional allotment is a lower option than you expected, use the complaint window only for genuine portal or category errors. Preference dissatisfaction after the option deadline is not the same as a defect in the published list.

Keep both the notification PDF and the provisional allotment list PDF in the same folder. When the final list appears, compare application numbers line by line before you pack bags for joining.
