GURUGRAM: A two-day Japanese-themed programme at IFC SOCIAL, a film-and-food screening at The Piano Man and a milestone board-game evening feature in Gurugram's upcoming event listings. A Nepali festive thali is also being advertised in Sector 15, with different age restrictions applying across the five events. A concert at Apparel House is marked sold out on its booking page.
These are currently advertised programmes, not newly announced events. Except where noted, listed prices were checked on 23 October 2026 at 9.10 am IST; checkout totals and remaining capacity were not verified.
Japan Matsuri on 23 and 24 October
IFC SOCIAL in Sector 66 lists Toyota Japan Matsuri for Friday and Saturday. Friday's programme starts with pop-ups and activities from 4.30 pm to 7 pm, followed by karaoke until 9 pm. DJ KAMI follows, with DJ Sunny and Tabla Holic from 10 pm and DJ RAY from 11.30 pm to 2 am.
Saturday's afternoon programme begins at 4 pm. The listing includes manga, art and craft, along with workshops in oshibana, origami, Japanese fan-making, bookbinding and matcha-making. A kimono corner and photo booth are also advertised. Cosplay performances run from 7 pm to 9 pm, before VDJ KAMI, DJ SKY B2B DJ NIK and the closing percussion programme by SAMBOI and TWINE RHYTHM.
Both late-night programmes extend into the following calendar day.
The organiser listing identifies Impresario Entertainment & Hospitality and displays tickets from ₹0. That does not establish that food, merchandise or every workshop is included without charge. Admission is restricted to people aged 21 and above, with identification required. Pets are not allowed.
Ratatouille comes with a fixed menu
At The Piano Man, 32nd Avenue, Sunset Cinema Club’s Ratatouille screening is scheduled for Saturday, 24 October. The organiser specifies entry from noon and a 12.30 pm film start. The venue also lists noon seating, despite generic promotional copy referring to an evening.
Courses are paired with scenes from the film. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian options each include one alcoholic and one non-alcoholic drink, according to the event description. The menu is fixed and cannot be modified.
The venue displays ₹2,999 for either category, while Sunset Cinema Club displays ₹3,000. Seating is pre-arranged. The organiser's terms say purchased tickets are non-refundable even if the event is rescheduled, require valid identification and prohibit outside food and drinks.
The District booking listing permits entry for all ages and requires tickets from age 10. Those admission terms should not be confused with permission to consume the included alcoholic drink.
The film lunch is distinct from the Piano Man evening music programme already covered by Dalimss News.
Jugni concert page is marked sold out
The Jugni Story by Paapori Harsh is scheduled for 7 pm on Saturday, 24 October at Apparel House. Its actual District event page was marked sold out when checked at 9.29 am IST on 23 October, although the platform's music index still displayed a starting price of ₹1,299. The index price is therefore not evidence of a currently available ticket.
The listing names Papori Harsh Music Village Trust as organiser and The Paapori Harsh Project as the performing act. It describes a programme combining Sufi, Bollywood and folk fusion with storytelling. Among the advertised selections are Chaap Tilak, Sanu Nehar Wale Pul and Hum Tere Pyaar Mein Saara Aalam.
The published admission conditions allow ages six and above, require tickets for everyone in that age range, and require identification. Pets are not permitted. The artist's own website continues to link to ticket booking for the Gurugram concert.
A festive meal and a Tuesday game night
Cocktails & Dreams, Speakeasy in Sector 15 advertises a Nepali Dashain thali, with the current booking page showing slots through 1 November and a starting price of ₹890. Admission is 21 and above, identification is required and pets are excluded. The listing does not provide a dish-by-dish menu or establish vegetarian choices, serving quantities or a final bill.
Unlocked at 32nd Avenue lists its 200th Board Gaming Tuesday for 27 October at 7.30 pm, with tickets from ₹499. The venue describes a community evening built around strategy, mystery and bluffing. The listing allows all ages but requires a ticket for each age group, and specifies indoor, air-conditioned, pre-assigned seating. Pets are not allowed.
The listing does not specify the games, duration or any included food credit. Readers seeking a separate art-and-music option can consult the previously reported Corumm weekend programme.
