GURUGRAM: Organiser listings for the final two weekends of October set out different entry conditions for residents comparing concerts, cinema and campus competitions. The practical details include when to arrive, what tickets cover and which admission rules need clarification.

This weekend: festival gates, ghazals and cinema

India Cocktail Week is listed for October 24 and 25 at DLF Surface Parking 5, Cyber City. Saturday's gates open at 2 pm. Cocktail Week LLP's programme includes visiting-bar sessions, mixology masterclasses, food pop-ups and music. Saturday's line-up includes Stephan Jolk and Pavnii; Sunday's includes DCR Milda and Bahaar. Visiting bars include Himkok from Oslo and Wax On from Berlin. Food pop-ups include Burgerama, Nara Thai and Nizam's.

The October 24 single-entry early-bird ticket displays Rs 999, price as of October 24, 2026, 1.12 am IST. The page lists wheelchair access and parking. Entry starts at age ten, but its terms separately restrict liquor service to guests of legal drinking age with proof of age.

Government photo identification and an intact festival wristband are required. Admission covers the grounds, while some activities may need separate tickets. The terms rule out refunds, including rescheduling, and allow programme changes. A ticket should not be assumed to include food, drinks or masterclasses.

Tales of City's Ghar Waali Mehfil is scheduled for October 24, from 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm, at DLF Club 5 in Sector 53, on Club Drive opposite Trinity Towers. The programme pairs Vidya Shah's ghazals with poetry and conversation by Vineet Panchhi, alongside a meal. The organiser describes an evening for 100 guests, rather than a public drop-in performance.

Its Pass of Two displays Rs 5,000, with Rs 900 GST and a Rs 147.50 service fee shown separately, price as of October 24, 2026, 1.12 am IST. The ticket description includes food and beverages, specifies adults only and asks guests to wear Indian ethnic clothing.

The Single Pass label conflicts with its description, which also says that the pass admits two guests. Readers considering that option should clarify the admission quantity before payment. The advertised 100-person format is not a verified remaining-seat count, and the separate ticket labels should not be treated as interchangeable.

Sunset Cinema Club lists Before Sunrise at Seven Barrel Brewpub on Sunday, October 25. Gates open at 7 pm, with the film starting at 7.30 pm. Beanbag seating is allocated in arrival order. The displayed price is Rs 600, price as of October 24, 2026, 1.09 am IST.

The organiser requires identification, prohibits outside food and says tickets are non-refundable even if the screening is rescheduled. Food and drinks are available at the venue; the page does not establish that they are included in the displayed admission price. Ticket-specific inclusions depend on the category purchased.

Check the address before travelling: the event's venue block names DT Mega Mall, Golf Course Road, DLF Phase 1, matching Seven Barrel's own contact page. However, the organiser's descriptive paragraph says Sector 47. That inconsistency remains unresolved on the event page; this report does not confirm a relocated screening.

Next week: Momentum's visiting-student deadline

The NorthCap University's Momentum runs on October 30 and 31 at its Sector 23A campus. A pinned notice dated October 21, 9.13 pm, says entry for students from other colleges closes at 1 pm on October 31 and asks them to arrive well beforehand.

This is an entry cutoff for that date and group, not a stated closing time for the whole festival. The university describes this as Momentum's 29th edition. Its event catalogue includes Utopia group dance, Band Baaja group performance, Iktaara solo singing and Rangmanch street theatre. The catalogue also distinguishes classical from western solo dance, lists Hindi/English solo singing and offers group choir or a cappella.

Participation is open to NCU students and students of other eligible colleges, subject to each event's rules. The registration instructions direct students to choose an event, read its guidelines, sign in with a Google account and pay where applicable. No unrestricted public entry or festival-wide competition pass is promised.

For separate activities, Dalimss News has covered Corumm's art-and-music weekend and The Piano Man's earlier weekday music programme. Those are different bookings.
