NEW DELHI: Garmin's CIRQA smart band, the screen-free fitness tracker the company unveiled globally in July, is now on sale in India. Garmin India's online store lists the band at Rs 29,990 and is currently selling it at Rs 25,990 (price as of 6 October 2026, 6:20 PM IST), in four colours and two strap sizes.

When Garmin announced CIRQA on 21 July, it set a US suggested retail price of $199.99. We covered that global launch of the CIRQA screenless band at the time. This report looks only at what is new for Indian buyers: the local price, the variants on offer and how to get one.

Garmin CIRQA India price, colours and sizes

Every variant carries the same price on the Garmin India product page. The listed Rs 29,990 is shown struck through, with Rs 25,990 as the selling price, which works out to Rs 4,000 off the listed figure. Garmin India does not say how long the lower price will run.

The Indian store offers Black, Mauve and Captain Blue in both Small/Medium and Large/Extra Large, plus French Grey in Small/Medium only. Garmin says the S-M strap fits wrists between 120 mm and 200 mm around, while the L-XL strap covers 145 mm to 240 mm. The global range also has Citron Gray, Dark Olive and French Blue, but those three are not on the Indian store.

Stock is thin for now. When we checked at 6:20 PM IST, only the Black and Mauve bands in Large/Extra Large could be added to the cart. The other five options were marked out of stock, with a form to get notified when they return.

How to buy CIRQA in India

Garmin India's own online store at garmin-india.com is the only official sales channel we could confirm so far. It quotes delivery in five to seven business days and says orders placed over a weekend are processed on Monday.

Garmin India had not posted a CIRQA press release in its newsroom at the time of writing. The company names Amazon and Flipkart as its authorised online partners, so anyone who spots the band from another seller should check that it comes through an authorised channel before paying.

What the band does

CIRQA is a small sensor module on a fabric strap, with no display at all. A single side button starts a workout, and Garmin says the band also detects activities on its own and gets better at sorting them as users confirm or edit entries in the Garmin Connect app. It can be worn on the wrist or higher up as an arm band.

For health tracking, Garmin lists wrist-based heart rate, Body Battery energy monitoring, Pulse Ox, stress, skin temperature, sleep stages with a sleep score, heart rate variability, respiration and nap detection, along with menstrual cycle and pregnancy tracking. Training features include training readiness, HRV status, VO2 max, training status and recovery time across more than 80 activity types. Outdoor walks, runs and rides borrow the paired phone's GPS. Garmin notes the band is not a medical device.

Battery life is rated at up to 10 days. Garmin's specifications list a 14.8 g module, a 5 ATM water rating and charging through a proprietary Garmin plug.

The core features work in the free Garmin Connect app without a subscription. An optional Garmin Connect+ plan adds live activity stats, Garmin Coach training plans, nutrition tracking and AI-based insights. Garmin India's product page does not mention a Connect+ price.

Who should buy it

The obvious buyer already owns a Garmin watch. CIRQA feeds the same Garmin Connect account, so a runner can train with a Forerunner and switch to the lighter band for sleep and rest days without breaking the recovery data. Garmin pitched the band for exactly that kind of handover between its devices.

First-time buyers face a harder sum. Google's Fitbit Air, another screenless tracker, went on sale in India at Rs 13,999 on 2 October with up to a week of battery and a three-month Google Health Premium trial, after which its coaching features need the paid plan. CIRQA costs almost twice as much, but it keeps its training metrics free and claims a longer battery life. Those who would rather skip a strap altogether can look at smart rings such as the Ultrahuman Ring PRO, now listed in India.

Anyone who wants the time, notifications or live workout numbers on the wrist should pick a regular smartwatch, since CIRQA shows nothing on the band itself. Buyers set on Captain Blue, French Grey or the smaller strap may also have to wait until Garmin India restocks.
