Eloelo Group opens Dolphin AI video studio after FICCI FRAMES unveil

MUMBAI: Eloelo Group unveiled Dolphin AI at FICCI FRAMES 2026 on 29 September, opening an agentic video studio the company first built for its own drama and creative pipelines. Early access is live via a waitlist at trydolphin.ai or an invite code.
Eloelo says Story TV has produced more than 5,000 original dramas and that its teams test more than 100,000 creatives a month. Dolphin grew from that internal pressure to make longer, coherent videos instead of isolated eight-to-ten-second clips. The product now targets creators, filmmakers, brands and studios that want end-to-end generation, editing and export in one workflow.
Founder and CEO Saurabh Pandey said Dolphin brings multi-shot technology and an agentic workflow so creators can move from social clips and tutorials to D2C ads and micro-dramas without losing character and scene continuity. He framed the launch as part of growing India's "Orange Economy" role as a content exporter, not only a consumer market.
How the studio is structured
Dolphin combines Chat for natural-language creation, Templates for guided starts, Playground for shot-level control, and Film Studio for script-to-production runs. Film Studio is described as reading a script for premise, tone and character arcs, then locking reusable visual, voice and wardrobe assets before generating a multi-shot plan.
CTO Sagar Gaonkar said the firm treats models as interchangeable components rather than betting the product on a single generator. The system layer is meant to understand intent, split work, pick models per task and keep continuity as pieces recombine. Dolphin also supports MCP so compatible clients such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Cursor can call its image, video and voice tools inside other agent setups.
Continuity across shots is the stated hard problem: preserving characters, voices, wardrobes, props, locations and visual language so a story reads as one production. That focus separates Dolphin from one-prompt clip tools that reset style every few seconds.
Who it is for in India
Eloelo positions the studio for solo creators and teams in advertising, product video, micro-drama, podcasts, stylised motion and AI avatars. India's creator base and language diversity are part of the pitch, with the company arguing lower production cost can push more globally aimed work out of Indian teams.
Waitlist access means pricing, export limits and commercial terms are not yet a public rate card. Creators should treat 29 September as an opening of early access, not a full retail launch, and test continuity on a short multi-shot script before committing a paid campaign. For Indian studios already buried in festive ad volumes, the practical question is whether Dolphin's multi-shot planning holds character identity across a 30-to-60-second cut.
Indian brands already burn large festive budgets on short video. Tools that keep a character's face, outfit and voice stable across twenty shots can cut reshoot cost if they actually work. Eloelo's own drama factory gives Dolphin a credibility edge that pure model wrappers lack, because the company felt continuity failures at production volume before selling the fix.
Creators joining the waitlist should upload a short script with two speaking characters and judge identity drift across five shots. Check export resolution, watermark rules and commercial licence language before using outputs in paid ads. Early access can change quickly; save versions of anything you might need to defend with a client later.
