Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched the state-wide School Chalo Abhiyan from Varanasi, urging parents and educators to ensure that every child attends school regularly. The campaign was inaugurated at the Shivpur Composite School, where the Chief Minister interacted with students, teachers, and local officials.

During the event, CM Yogi emphasized that education is not merely a means to obtain degrees but a powerful medium that shapes individuals and helps build a responsible society. He said teachers play a crucial role in making this mission successful and stressed that if educators work with dedication and fulfill their responsibilities, success is certain.

Praising the efforts of teachers across the state, the Chief Minister noted that their hard work has helped take the Operation Kayakalp initiative to new heights. He added that the government is committed to ensuring that children from every household are connected to the education system.

CM Yogi also encouraged students to attend school every day and focus on their studies to achieve their goals and contribute to the nation’s progress.

Students who interacted with the Chief Minister expressed happiness and excitement after meeting him. Many said they felt motivated by his words and promised to come to school regularly as advised by the Chief Minister.

The children also highlighted the improvements they have seen in their schools over the past few years. According to them, facilities such as clean toilets, better classrooms, and improved infrastructure have significantly changed the learning environment, making schools more comfortable and welcoming compared to earlier years.

The School Chalo Abhiyan aims to bring every eligible child into the education system and strengthen the foundation of learning across Uttar Pradesh. The campaign also focuses on improving school infrastructure and ensuring better facilities for students, encouraging higher enrollment and regular attendance in government schools.
