The Central Board of Secondary Education has extended the last date for registration for the CBSE National Teachers' Conference (NTC) 2026 on Computational Thinking and Understanding Artificial Intelligence. Circular No. TRG-18/2026, issued by the Training Unit on 01.09.2026, states that the last date of registration for NTC 2026 stands extended till 10.09.2026. Affiliated schools may complete registration against the available seats.

The circular is addressed to all Principals and Heads of schools affiliated to CBSE. It is expressly in continuation of CBSE Circular No. TRG-07/2026 dated 05.05.2026 on the same conference. TRG-18/2026 does not rewrite the conference theme. It moves the registration clock and reminds schools that seats are limited. The registration link printed on the circular is https://training.cbseit.in/training/offlineprog_ntc.aspx.

This file is a teacher-training registration extension. It is not a Class XII Supplementary post-result facility notice, not a marks verification window, and not a re-evaluation calendar. Keep it separate from any CBSE examination circular on scanned answer books or theory re-checking.

What TRG-18/2026 changes and what it leaves untouched

The operative English sentence is short: the last date of registration for the NTC 2026 stands extended till 10.09.2026, and affiliated schools may accordingly complete the registration against the available seats. That is the whole deadline change. The circular does not invent a new conference title. The subject line keeps the theme as Computational Thinking and Understanding Artificial Intelligence.

Registration still runs through the Training Unit portal named above. Schools should treat seat availability as a hard constraint. Completing a form after seats are exhausted is not promised in TRG-18/2026. Principals who delayed under the earlier TRG-07/2026 clock now have through 10.09.2026 to finish against open seats.

The circular is signed by Manoj K. Srivastava, Director (Training). The letterhead address is CBSE Integrated Office Complex, Sector-23, Dwarka, New Delhi-110077, with telephone 011-24050812 and email drtrgcbse@gmail.com. The Training Unit listing page linked on the same letterhead is https://training.cbseit.in/ET/frmlisting. Use those official Training Unit surfaces, not third-party teacher registration forms, for conference registration.

A dissemination list asks Heads of Directorates and organisations to forward the circular to schools under their jurisdiction. Recipients named on the PDF include Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, the Directorate of Education of NCT of Delhi, Eklavya Model Residential Schools, several state and Union Territory school education directors, Sainik Schools Society, Army Welfare Education Society, Atomic Energy Education Society, and all CBSE Regional Directors and Regional Officers. That copy list explains why affiliated schools across boards and societies should expect the same 10.09.2026 registration close.

How schools should act before 10 September

Principals and Heads should open the offline NTC registration URL printed on TRG-18/2026, confirm remaining seats for their preferred slot if the portal shows seat counters, and complete registration before 10.09.2026. Carry forward any teacher nomination details already prepared under TRG-07/2026 rather than waiting for a second extension. TRG-18/2026 does not promise another date move.

Do not confuse this Training Unit circular with Board examination services. NTC 2026 is a national teachers' conference on Computational Thinking and Understanding Artificial Intelligence. Class XII Supplementary scanned-copy and verification windows sit on a different CBSE notice path under the Controller of Examinations. Mixing those clocks will send teachers to the wrong portal.

If a school already registered under the earlier circular, treat TRG-18/2026 as an extension for those who have not yet secured a seat, not as a mandatory re-registration order. If the portal shows the earlier registration as confirmed, keep that acknowledgement. If registration is still pending, finish it against available seats by 10.09.2026 on https://training.cbseit.in/training/offlineprog_ntc.aspx.

Circular No. TRG-18/2026 dated 01.09.2026 is the Training Unit extension that moves NTC 2026 registration to 10.09.2026 against available seats. The conference theme remains Computational Thinking and Understanding Artificial Intelligence, the registration URL is https://training.cbseit.in/training/offlineprog_ntc.aspx, and the signing officer is the Director (Training). That registration clock, not any Class XII Supplementary verification table, is the story.
