BHU Colleges Open Final Mop-Up Round With Nearly 45% of PG Seats Vacant

VARANASI: Four colleges affiliated with Banaras Hindu University will make a final attempt to fill postgraduate seats on September 10, after roughly 45 per cent of their combined capacity remained vacant even after the earlier spot round.

The university's central admission committee announced mop-up phase 2 on the direction of the Academic Council. Vasanta College for Women, Vasanta Kanya Mahavidyalaya, Arya Mahila PG College and DAV PG College together offer 1,953 postgraduate seats.
