₹70 Crore Dene Ke Baad Bhi Jaan Ka Khatra! BLW Pahadi Gate Varanasi Ka Khaufnaak Case

serious case involving alleged land mafia activities has emerged from the BLW Pahadi Gate area of Varanasi, raising questions about safety, law enforcement, and protection of property rights despite large financial transactions.
According to the victim, Advocate Uttam Patel, his family paid nearly ₹70 crore in connection with a land deal, yet they continue to receive repeated death threats. He alleges that colonisers and middlemen involved in the transaction have been intimidating his family for a long time. Despite the payment, the family claims they were pressured, threatened, and gradually pushed out of their own property. Uttam Patel has further alleged that he was abducted for 14 days, during which his eyes were kept blindfolded. He claims that even after his release, threats of kidnapping and murder have continued against him and his family. Due to fear, the family—despite owning property—is currently forced to live in just two rooms and is struggling for basic security while seeking justice.
